Cherished father of Andy, Darlene (Bill), Mark (Brenda) and Cathy (Brian). Also lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Jess (April), Cody, Amy, Taran, his great grandchildren; Victoria and Vincent and his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Dear brother of Lillian, Mary and the late Jack. Jim spent many years in the trucking industry working for Cooney Transport, F.B.I. Foods and Macton Express and had over 40 years of safe driving experience. Jim was a proud member of the Masonic Lodge for many years and the Wooler United Church. After Jim retired he was very active within his church community. In keeping with Jim’s wishes, cremation has already taken place. Jim’s family have organized a visitation which will be held at the Wooler United Church (2798 County Road 40, Wooler), on Friday evening, March 6th, 2020, from 5-8 p.m. Memorial Service to be held in the church on Saturday, March 7th, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., with a reception to follow in the church hall.
