John married Dorothy May Nixon, daughter of Henry William Nixon and his wife Margaret Kidd, on December 13, 1921. 2. Mabel Kathleen Shibley, born in 1892. According to the 1921 Census, H. Morley Shibley aged 50, his wife Alberta aged 40, and his son from his first marriage John aged 21, along with four lodgers, were living on Durham Road, in Hanover, Ontario.
