Her email is as follows: "I am writing in regards to Sarah Carr listed as the wife of William Palmateer b. 1818-1819(Levi Wesley Palmateer’s wedding record) and also listed as a daughter of Abraham Carr. ( his daughter Sarah was not born until 1831). I am also researching this because I think this is Sarah Carroll/Carl dau of Joseph Carl/Carle and Wilempy Peck. There is a bible of James Carl Kemp that was found. There seems to be a long period between the early children in the 1820s and then in 1837 and 1840s. Were there two wifes of Garrett Dingman?
