Edwards, of Picton Baptist Church, who offered up the prayer and read a poem entitled "Onward Royal Be Up and Stirling" of which the deceased was the author. A beautiful solo was rendered by Mrs. Milton Wood, of Ameliasburg, and "Nearer My God to Thee" and "Rock of Ages", special favorites of the deceased, were sung by the choir and audience after which the three above mentioned ministeres conducted the services at the grave." per Goodfellow Family Bible, scanned images sent to me by Howard Goodfellow, March 18, 2019.
