She may have been past child bearing by then? Note I have Josiah disappeared when 40 years old, left wife, 3 girls and 2 boys. Edward M. Note: This is the only 1840 Census record for Josiah George that matches the ages of the parents and children, more or less. Oswego would be a perfectly logical place for him to be since he was a "Mariner" on the lakes. He does not appear in Murray during the 1830's at all. If anyone has further info re this, please let me know.3
