John and Eunice are buried in the cemetery at Smith field, which is located a short distance north of Highway # 2. The cemetery, now unused, has been turned into a small park and the tombstones including the Turney stone have been moved and imbedded into a brick wall. The family of Eunice and John Turney included the following: Eliza, Hiram, Esther, Ruth, David, James G., Sarah, Hannah Jane, and John G.
