The late Mr. Eakins will be remembered by many of the residents of this district. He for a number of years conducted the drug store on the corner of Front and Bridge Streets. During his residence here he married Miss Mary Ferris, who predeceased him. There survive two sons, Arthur Eakins, of New York, and Harold Eakins, of Vancouver, B.C.
