However, he left fairly soon and the property came into the possession of Reuben Young through Court of Chancery. He sold to Benjamin Stuart in 1879 and they sold it to John Coleman in 1883. It was sold again and then was aquire under power of sale by the Grantee who sold it to John Dinner.7
